Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.
Package Issues

Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your CryoSupport Gel Cushion. We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date for products that meet our return conditions.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery date (not order date)Products returned after 30 days will not be accepted

Must be in original, unused, and resalable condition
Must include all original packaging, tags, and materials
Product must be clean and free from stains, odors, or signs of useNo pet hair, excessive wear, tears, or damage
Must not show compression, indentation, or deformation from use
3. Proof of Purchase
Valid order number required
Must match customer name and shipping address on file
No returns accepted without proof of purchase
4. Photographic Evidence Required
Before returning, you MUST email clear photos showing:
The product in its current condition (multiple angles)The original packaging

5. Return Authorization (RA) Required
Returns are NOT accepted without prior authorization

Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package

Step 4: Inspection & Refund
All returned products will be thoroughly inspected upon arrival
If the product doesn't meet our return conditions, the return will be denied
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of passing inspection
